As a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and safety within the production unit. You will be expected to:
– Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet set targets.
– Monitor and control manufacturing processes to optimize productivity.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements to minimize waste, cost, and production time.
– Coordinate closely with the quality control team to ensure that products meet the required standards.
– Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of production equipment.
– Prepare essential documentation including production reports, SOPs, and process logs.
– Collaborate effectively with design, R&D, and maintenance teams.
– Enforce safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
– Provide training and guidance to shop floor operators and technicians when necessary.
Qualifications required for this role include:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
